Onalaska Holidays from £899

They tried to charge an extra $35 just because we used a face towel! The breakfast was terrible, and even though I repeatedly asked them to refill the missing items, they insisted on not doing so. They had ridiculous rules and tried to nickel and dime us for everything for example, if you wanted an egg, it was an extra $10! I stayed for 3 days, and they didn't even change the lemon water at the entrance once; the water tasted awful by the end. The only good thing was the location. Other than that, I will probably never come back, especially since the staff was not welcoming or friendly at all.

Nice having a tub but had to improvise a plug. Bed was good. Staff told me you needed to take a private car to the airport so I guess there was no shuttle, or was there? Smelled not quite fresh and someone else's pill was on the ground by the TV.

Check early if your room is available. 10mins to check-in and my room was still not ready. The male concierge who assisted me was nice. However told me he would come get me when my room was ready and FORGOT. I checked in 30min after check-in.
