It’s budget style but service is ok
Good: was quite( probably not so booked), clean, breakfast is nothing special but good Bad:decoration (pink walls...), and materials are very cheap looking and performing (floor is grating)

Great place to stay
We were so grateful to find the Ibis after we had booked into a very bad hotel and quickly needed something. It worked well and we were grateful for Hotel.com's website and a quick change for us.

Good clean hotel in the center of the city.
The Ibis Omsk is a nice hotel with friendly staff who speak English. The room was small but very tidy and had everything I needed. I did not try the attached restaurant but there were many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Excellent Omsk Hotel
I have stayed in Ibis hotels before and I was accustomed to them being more of a "budget" hotel. The Ibis in Omsk, however, was not like this at all. It is clearly the nicest hotel in Omsk. It looks brand-new, sparkling clean and has all the modern conveniences. Very good breakfast, free wifi, and a very comfortable room.

Меня заселили с утра, то есть до официального времени заселения, за это отдельное спасибо девушкам на ресепшн. Расположение отеля отличное, самый центр города, удобно добираться пешком и на любом транспорте. По номерам.. Несмотря на номер стандарт, все же ожидалось большего уюта, включая закрытые полки для белья, и, например, какого-то элемента декора,пусть и небольшой картины на огромной белой стене. Освещение номера тоже оставляло делать лучшего,поскольку нет верхнего света совсем. Матрасы и подушки удобные, как и хорошее постельное бельё. При первом же пользовании, запала клавиша смыва инсталляции и пришлось вызывать сантехника. Подключиться к вай-фай в первый вечер не удалось,поскольку номер телефона по которому надо звонить для подключения был не доступен. Зубной набор, как и прочие мелочи, кроме тапочек, мыла и геля для душа в номере отсутствует,приобретается за доп плату. Я понимаю, что окна выходят на центральную улицу,но все же уже весна и было бы неплохо изредка мыть, как и грязные поручни входного пандуса в отель. Пол в номере под ламинатом,который уже вздулся на швах, наверное от потопа. Завтрак заканчивается в 10 утра, что на мой взгляд, длялюдей из Москвы, где на три часа меньше не очень удобно, предлагаю продлить его до 11. Завтрак шведский стол неплох: разнообразные блюда, хотя и практически нет нарезки. Особая благодарность двум Юлия портье за радушность! Ресторан закрывается в 23 часа и после этого нельзя поесть ничего,даже в баре! Устарело всё! Пора менять!

Прошу Вас для решения любой возникшей ситуации сразу обращаться на стойку регистрации для скорейшего её решения. Мы можем бесплатно предоставить лампу в номер по Вашему запросу. Наш IT-специалист занимается улучшением качества работы сети Wi-Fi, с этим были были связаны перебои в работе. В следующий Ваш визит всё должно работать отлично. Передал информацию в отдел гостиничного хозяйства по поводу окон, устраним. Завтрак по стандартам сети у нас продлён до 11 только в выходные дни, в будние дни есть услуга позднего завтрак с 10 до 12 в баре, для тех кто не успел на шведский стол. Передал благодарность двум Юлиям, очень приятно, что Вы отметили этот момент. Благоадрю Вас за отзыв, будем работать над всем указанным, чтобы Ваш следующий визит был максимально комфортным. Будем счастливы принять Вас снова!

Не работало центральное кондиционирование. Душно в номере было. Попытка проветривания путем открытия окна повлекла прослушивание ночь на пролет звуков движения транспорта, музыки молодежи из переносных колонок и автомобилей, ора выхлопников мотоциклов (номер выпал при заселении с выходом на улицу Ленина).

1.シャワールームにフロアーマットがない。 ２．13歳の子供と宿泊したが、3,000ルーブル請求された。支払う ３．29日バイキング形式の朝食、1人1,000ルーブル請求された。 　　支払うがレシートすらもらえない。 ４．30日にバスタオル、タオル、交換されず。交換の要求したOK ＊近くのツーリストホテル数回宿泊したがこちらの方が良かった。

이곳은 숙박비가 선불이란다 제크아웃때 계산하면 안되는지 물엇지만 반드시선불 이란다 카드로 선결제하고 최종체크아웃때 하자고 해도 안된다고 열쇄의 번호를 엘리베이터 토 못타게 하고 종업원이 소니에게 훈계하듯하고 다시는 오고싶지않은 곳이다 손님모시고 3개 룸을 예약 하였는데 부끄러웠다

С моей точки зрения Ибис один из лучших отелей Омска. Приветливый персонал, всегда готов оказать помощь в любое время суток. Отель имеет прекрасное место расположение и соответствует по комфорту ***. Было бы не плохо добавить к оснащению номера не только электрический чайник, но и чашки с чайными/кофейными принадлежностями. Не будет лишним бумага для записей с карандашом/ручкой. Не плохо было бы объяснить отдельным сотрудникам, что если клиент повесил на ручку входной двери табличку "не беспокоить", его не стоит беспокоить, тем более по вопросу ошибочных действий персонала при взимании оплаты за номер при заезде в отель.

Вполне достойный отель
Номера в отеле вполне соответствует 3 звездам.Но обслуживание, чистота,поведение персонала, завтраки не хуже , чем в пяти звездах.Расположение в самом центре.Не могу сравнивать с другими отелями города,так как была в Омске впервые, но по внешнему виду этот отель мне понравился больше всех.

Ibis is the only international hotel in Omsk. Located in the "centre" of omsk (its difficult to find a centre in omsk). Clean room. No safe in the room. the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. A bit expensive for 3 stars hotel but its absolutely ok for Omsk. The choice is limited.

Хороший, но странный отель
Отель странный. С одной стороны хороший, не дешёвый. С другой стороны завтрак - за отдельную плату, в номере нет ни губки для обуви, ни ложки для обуви, ни зубной щетки с зубной пастой. При выезде (!!!) узнал, что зубные наборы можно так же КУПИТЬ на ресепшен. Так же нет минибара. При хорошем сервисе впечатления от отеля не самые лучшие. Рядом с отелем есть развлекательный центр Вавилон с несколькими залами, можно провести время.

Das Ibis Sibir befindet sich direkt in dem Zentrum von Omsk. Aus diesem Grund können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen ausgezeichnet Englisch.

Angenehmes Hotel an perfekter Lage
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, grosses Zimmer und grosszügige Dusche, relativ sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt: gegenüber liegt das Naturhistorische Museum, nach fünf Minuten zu Fuss ist man in der Stadtmitte. Minuspunkte gibt es für die dünnen Wände, durch die man Nachbaren schon gelegentlich hören kann.

Отель Ибис Сибирь
Останавливались в этом отеле на пару дней в зимние праздники, отель расположен в центре, неподалеку от развлекательного центра, большого количества суши-баров и кафе. Через мост располагается ресторан китайской кухни, качество работы персонаа на ура. Внимательные и приветливые горничные. Оставайтесь в ИБИСЕ-Сибирь-не пожалеете!
