The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Dishwasher, ironing board. **Location** Njivice. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment exudes a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere that you will surely want to return to. It is close to many sports and cultural venues that will allow you to have an active and exciting holiday with your family. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
