Owner Ana failed to notify us in advance of our arrival that she requires only cash. When we did so, despite incurring unnecessary atm 13% surcharges plus bank fees. She refused to give its it's a paid receipt. And refused to mark the invoice as paid. She sent her friend to check us in who neglected to mention one of the light switches operated the hot water heater. By the time she responded to our complaints of cold showers, it had been 3 days without a warm shower. She was very defensive and unprofessional.
