Perfect for a family get away

4 adults plus 2 kids under 10 This house was perfect for a long weekend family roadtrip. Cute and updated. Quiet street, friendly neighbors.Easy to access points of interest.

Accused of marijuana use

The only problem was receiving a bill for extra cleaning due to a supposed pungent odor of marijuana when the owner came to clean. We were unable to find trash can liners so we bought some. Unfortunately they were scented with mint causing the owner to accuse of violating property rules and sending an additional bill. We are a law abiding family of nob smokers and resent the accusation.

Nice and comfortable

Pretty much everything went smooth. Check in was easy and on time. The house was very spacious. The basement was great, especially for the kids to be able to enjoy without us worrying if they were too loud for the neighbors. there were pretty much all the condiments you would need (even though we brought our own.) I gave five stars because I would definitely stay there again if we were ever to travel back to Omaha. Just two things, one it would have been nice to have the garage accessible because we were traveling for baseball and had to unload all our chairs and coolers, then carry them up the stairs into the house. Would have been way easier to just set them in the garage. Also, the blinds facing the street were broken, but we did notice an amazon delivery the day after check in that resembled the shape of a blind. I'm sure they just didn't arrive in time for them to be replaced prior to our stay. We just set some pillows across the couch and temporarily fixed that issue during our stay. The communication with the owner was great and they responded very quickly to some of our questions during our stay. We really enjoyed the house and our time in Nebraska/Iowa. Loved the fact that the house is minutes away from a lot of things including Casinos!

Nice home

4 adults, 6 yr old & 10 yr old were very comfortable in this nicely updated home. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to main highways. Close to Benson area with restaurants/bars/shops.

Our first State visit

Very close to what exactly we wanted to do which was visit the Omaha zoo. Absolutely worth the trip as the house was newly updated and the owner was very accommodating.
