It is a short walk, (\~1/4 mile), to Palis... Really enjoyed the quiet as well as how dark it was at night. Stargazing was easy from the balcony. Coffee/breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner are within a short walk. The location is incredible for getting to and from Palisades. The modern interiors are bright and refreshing, the huge windows have a great view in the morning, and the unit is well-heated with individual thermostats in every room.
