This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Additional parking fees apply, if applicable: Overnight Valet $65, Overnight self-parkng $35, Visitor Valet $40/hr, Visitor Self parking $30/hr. This studio is located on the third floor. Elevators are available. Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in the early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This room is at the Everline resort but it's a reduced price it's like a 2 star room with bare necessities. Hotel staff does not clean your room and there is no cleaning crew. Manager stays in communication with you to throughout the stay but nothing gets done. That's basically the problem with the whole resort. The room was old, filthy with dust, bugs, and stains on the sheets. I was completely ignored by the vacasa property manager who entered my room without notice. I felt that was a complete violation and will do whatever it takes to hold him accountable of such. After entering, he called just to be disrespectful and question my complaint. When explained and pictures of the filth in the room were sent, I was completely ignored. I was surprised since the vacasa staff member Jessica online promised that someone would be there in the morning to clean the room. No one showed up but the property manager, unannounced.
