The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. I talked to the front desk and they could not move us because we booked with Vacasa. They could not authorize a cleaning because we booked with Vacasa. They did give us a fan so we opened the windows, put the fan on full blast. This unit needs to be taken down while they replace the carpet and the cracked floor tiles and figure out where the mildew is. Highly recommend booking direct, the resort it very nice! ##### McCoy D. The kids food we brought ended up staying in a mini cooler we had to avoid it from being spoiled. Pull out couch was shaped like a taco and it was my 4 year old on it so it’s not like it’s a lot of weight. It had lumps in the mattress as well. The shower head had build up so the water didn’t even flow correctly. Overall for what we paid this was horrible. Took 20 min to cook pasta and water would never boil. No napkins or paper towels were provided and only one hand towel was in the kitchen. Toaster wouldn't fit normal size bread. Bed, shower, bath, TV etc were all great. You come to this hotel to NOT be in the room anyway so all in all it was a great stay. Would definitely go back again ##### Joseph G. ---
