Amazing customer service skills, even when he got a call, which he handled brilliantly while also tending to a number of people checking in, including me. Rooms are small but comfortable and quiet. And the shower pressure is like a firehose, and I didn’t even have it at full volume."

Of course this may have been due to rowdy drunks coming back from Oktoberfest but the restaurant downstairs was receiving trucks early in the morning as well. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, but some unforseen circumstances made it less than ideal."

"A good base well located and connected in Munich. You get what you see, basic but got all you need. You need a pin to access the lobby, I wasn’t sent this before arriving but they have a qr code to scan to get help, unfortunately the AI chatbot that it connects to isn’t fit for purpose and when it “connects” you to a human nothing happens. Others having the same issue at the same time as me. Really poor first impression. Once I was in the property the staff member was helpful and check in was smooth with his help."

"The hotel was quite a bit away from the centre, which meant we had to plan a little more to get to various places on our visit. However, once we got used to the various routes it was fine. The flag is a lovely hotel, with good facilities although we didn’t really use them on this short visit. It was a clean spacious room, very quiet and with good available kitchen facilities. Breakfasts were good and with good choices - buffet style - the only caveat was that due to local events the breakfast area did become busy but the staff did very well to keep it moving and ensure space for guests. Apart from location which could have been better, it was a comfortable stay."

Breakfast was included and was standard German breakfast staples. Small restaurant on the main level served drinks and some evening food offerings.
