"Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Kein Aufzug! Wir mussten unser Gepäck eine steile Treppe mit hohen Stufen in die dritte Etage schleppen. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war echt armselig. Dafür das es im eigenen (relativ teuren) Restaurant serviert wird, war es sehr wenig. Pro Person ein kleines Stück Butter, eine Sorte bittere Orangenmarmelade und etwas Gebäck..."

"The hotel is perhaps a little dated but the views across the bay to Ajaccio are truly outstanding and the pool area is superb. Our stay was made magical by the cats that populate the grounds and by the herd of wild boar that visited in the evening, overnight and in the morning. We awoke to the grunting sounds of the boar and looked down from our balcony on them snuffling for nuts on the ground. Seeing a family of boar, with three tiny piglets, was especially magical. "We were very kindly received at the reception desk after we „survived” a deception on our arrival in Porto Vecchio, because the owner of the apartment we had originally booked pretended that he had cancelled the booking, which was not true. The staff at Le Balamina made us feel safe regarding our stay in Porto Vecchio. We also had a delicious continental breakfast. We can‘t but recommend this Hotel which is not far from the port."

"Nested on a hill, this hotel residence is a little gem hidden next to the AjaccionNaloleon airport. Rooms are small but comfortable. The bathroom was well designed with stone walls, beautiful. The pool attracts you by it's location facing the mountain and is spotless. Definitely a place to spend the night before an early trip to the airport . Order a nice and tasty charcuterie and cheese board with a Corsican rose and you are in heaven."
