I have chronic back pain and when I completed my drive I knew I was going to have a sleepless night. I woke up at 8:00pm PAINFREE! Best sleep I ever had! This will be my hotel to go to when I’m in town!

The professionalism of the front desk manager Rell was excellent! We changed rooms twice because of issues in the room ( tv not connected, missing remote, and bath tub had no stopper). He upgraded us to a better room and comped our breakfast all while being extremely courteous. The morning Bistro manager was also very sweet. Other than the minor inconveniences of changing rooms our stay was pleasant.

The one thing even the cheapest hotels have is coffee in the room. all they had was decaf. I was forced to buy coffee from theirnlittle shop. itvwas aweful and over priced had to make 2 tdios before i could get someome to wait on me. not how i wanted to wake up before a day traveling

We stayed two nights. The first night was fine. However, when we returned to our room on our second day, after spending the day in Memphis, our room was not made up. I went to the front desk and let the lady there know and she told me that we were supposed to ask for housekeeping services. I told her that nobody had ever mentioned that to us. She just shrugged and said nothing. So then I asked her if somebody could supply us with towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. She said housekeeping had all left. By this time, I was feeling really frustrated but I patiently asked her if she could get us the room supplies. Again she shrugged and just stood there. Finally after she realized that I wasn’t leaving, she very slowly shuffled off and eventually brought me what we needed. No apologies, no compassion or care at all. When we checked out, I asked if this was the Marriott’s policy to not provide housekeeping services unless they were requested. The lady said absolutely not! I also told her that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the containers in the shower. This lady was very shocked and apologized over and over. I would not expect this poor service from a Marriott hotel, nor would I recommend staying here unless you are desperate. A very disappointing stay for my husband and me.

Terrible experience
Worst Courtyard experience ever. Had to switch rooms twice. 2nd room had stains on the upholstery and carpet was disgusting. Heard gun shots. Felt so unsafe. The facility needs updating.

Nice staff your taking lyft. Or uber
The staff was great the stay was good waking up to your vehicle being ransacked and you friends bikes stolen, we where informed onsite security. They left the site.

This property is a mess. Carpets are dirty worn and stained. The elevator is unclean, dirty and worn out. The outside needed weeding and some significant cleaning. In addition there were vehicles that were robbed. They did get a mobile guard during the evening

I think someone got murdered in my room. Blood on the bed, curtains. I picked this place because Courtyard Hotels are supposed to have a bar, they didn’t have alcohol. I wanted to wash my clothes. Guess what? Washer and dryer are out of order. Want some ice on the 3rd floor? Too bad, out of order as well. They didn’t have was cloths. I actually need my money back for this one.

Great room, bumbling staff
While the room itself is wonderful, check-in was a nightmare. They don't handle third-party reservations well at all; I showed up having paid for the room already but they claimed "the system" said it wasn't paid, and eventually we worked out that I would put it on my card and sort out a refund with the manager in the morning.
