"The breakfast included is at a close restaurant and was very good. The only negative was that the restaurant was extremely crowded and it required us to wait to get our breakfast. The hotel room was very nicely decorated the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. Two of the three staff members were very friendly and helpful. Their break area was nicely decked out and overlooking a greenery area that made for a relaxing afternoon.. the location was good, although quite a walk into the old town. But it is close to the bus stop. I would stay here again."

"Hotel Nova Sintra is a gem 💎 We felt right at home for our entire stay (1 Week). Rui is such an amazing host. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, the free breakfast is delicious with a full variety of foods to pick from. The hotel has a lovely outdoor terrace that overlooks at the mountains and castle. It is perfectly located to explore by foot the city of Sintra. Also, short ride to Cascais and even Lisbon by train. We highly recommend this hotel."

"It seems like the hotel just recently open the staff all though pleasant was unable to fix issues with the hotel other than just apologizing for the inefficiency WiFi often went in and out construction was always going on the hotel closes its gates after midnight and the toll booth was inaccessible for your taxi to safely drop off at lobby area after 10pm, had to walk down the hill multiple times down a dark rocky road not easy when the guess are elderly or physically challenged.."
