Waterfront Property in Sundre with patio
Our resort includes a beautiful vacation house and land that overlooks the James River and is surrounded by trees in the Canadian wilderness. Enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. Great for families. Escape the busy life while still in comfort. There is a fee of $25/night per guest or pet after two people. Bookings are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 6 people.
The main house has all modern amenities with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The whole house is booked for each reservation and not shared with other guests or the owner. A log cabin is nearby on the property which is available for rent and which may have guests. There is also a small private campground on the property. All areas are private and secluded from each other.
Guests have access to the outdoor firepit. Ask us if you would like to purchase firewood. The resort includes maintained access to the river as well as paths, a constant supply of fresh linens, towels, and bathroom supplies.
Please, no early check-ins. No smoking inside or outside.
Rooms open to patios. Bathrooms include a bath.

Daniel made everything easy and organized for us and we had a great relaxing time celebrating my birthday.
Despite the snow and the cold weather, we walked around and even spotted some wildlife. And kept cozy and warm inside the house.

Dream family getaway
This cabin in the woods is the perfect family cabin. My 10 year old rated it 11/10 for the comfy beds, unique touches, and fun games. I loved the chance to unwind in a quiet, peaceful place.

Beautiful Property
We liked our stay and the location was amazing. The nearby brook was beautiful and the short paths in the woods were truly a great representation of Alberta farm country. We were about an 1.5 hours away from some hikes in the foothills which was great. The property did, however need a little maintenance and I think fall is always a challenging time when it comes to mice.
