Easy access to all of old town
Other than thin walls allowing transmission of voices and steps of other guests, I was satisfied with or stay at Rixwell Centra. A bit frustrating was the necessity to request clean towels at 16:30 when our room was not visited by cleaning staff despite our placing a "Please Clean Room" sign on the door at 10:45. I had to wait about 15 minutes in the lobby in order to make a request for a change of towels. The front desk person, who was very sweet, but very inefficient, was checking in one woman. Then, she turned to a hotel worker to do something with her, but I "exploded," stating that I was waiting 15 minutes for a request for new towels. This was a very dissatisfying experience.
Breakfast was ordinary and did not offer any gluten free bread or baked goods. Coffee was strong (typical European), but not to my taste. A number of other hotels do have a coffee machine with choices. The only choice here was take it or leave it.
