"We stayed 5 nights in a very cold and wet Zurich, but hotel room was superb and service was excellent. Breakfast ample and delicious, and hotel gave us two free evening drinks daily in return for taking "green" opt-out from room cleaning, though they still did the basics. Reception and concierge services very professional and helpful (ask about the boat trip down the Limmat included in a tram ticket!)"

The room was tiny as booked - that said everything is of very good quality, including the Firestein cosmetics in the bathroom and an extra comfy bed. If the budget allows, I’ll be back."
