Upon arriving in our room, we discovered hair left in the shower drain. Housekeeping soon cleaned it up and left the bathroom clean, but it was not a great start to the stay.

The only issue we had was the quality of the mattress on the sofa bed. There were springs sticking out and it couldn’t be used. We were able to get a cot that was comfortable but we booked a suite especially for the 3rd person.
