"Everything was great except the staff at the bar. The first girl didn’t know how to use a bottle opener to open a beer. I asked the second girl to put in a grilled cheese right away so I can bring it up to my 1 year old baby. It took about an hour to get this grilled cheese and it came out with the rest of my food. I was given no bag to carry my several boxes of food. The grilled cheese fell on the ground and the bartender would not take the 7 dollars off of my bill. Horrible bar service. "

Also no communication on a question about dropping a car at the property before check in and no text back when we left confirming our departure as stated in the house manual."
