A COMFORTABLE TWO-ROOM APARTMENT in a villa only 150 metres from the sea at Pittulongu for a totally relaxing holiday forgetting the use of the car!  
Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room/kitchenette where there is a sofa bed and from which there is access to a mezzanine area, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and veranda furnished with table and chairs for eating outside and spending pleasant moments of relaxation.  
The magnificent free and equipped beaches of Mare e Rocce and Pellicano are easily reached on foot, 650 and 800 metres away respectively, perfect also for small children with their gently sloping seabed; with a short walk you can also reach the famous beach of Bados.  
Near the flat there are all the main services, as well as quality restaurants, pizzerias and bars.  
In the flat there is air conditioning in the living room for hot days, a TV and a washing machine; outside there is a barbecue, an outside shower and a parking space.  
The villa is surrounded by a fenced area that allows children to play outside in peace.  
For larger groups as well as families wishing to spend a pleasant holiday together, but at the same time each with its own independence and privacy, two other flats with similar characteristics are available in the same villa: a two-roomed flat for 3 people and a three-roomed apartment for 5 people for a total of 12 beds.  
Given its proximity to the city of Olbia with its port and its international airport, it is the ideal home for those who wish to be just a few minutes away from their holiday!  
For those more inclined to discover the beauties of Sardinia, the location of the house makes it possible to reach Golfo Aranci with its numerous beaches in just a few minutes by car: Cala Banana, Sos Aranzos, Nodu Pianu just to name a few, as well as the exclusive Costa Smeralda known throughout the world not only for its crystal-clear water beaches, but also for the lively nightlife of the clubs of Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and Baja Sardinia.
