The apartment, surrounded by nature, is located on the first floor of a building in a village with a swimming pool, and opens onto the beautiful covered and furnished terrace with a dining area. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with sofa, table, chairs and kitchenette complete with fridge and cooking utensils. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the terrace. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The highlight of the house is the beautiful terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the view and the characteristic ceiling made of wooden beams. \*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Gem of the region of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodations built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco. Porto Rotondo is a place for everyone to discover by walking, cycling or boating, by tasting local specialties in one of its excellent restaurants, enjoying a happy hour in front of the sunset on the harbor or dancing in one of its elegant nightclubs, or even by going shopping in the exclusive boutiques, jewelers or craft shops along the characteristics alleys. Surrounded by beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind, it is also a great location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Capriccioli beach, Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Principe beach and Rena Bianca.
