Everything was exactly as we wanted. Spacious, quiet, convenient to everything from transportation to supermarkets, beaches and local attractions. The room has everything you need for a week's stay or more. We stayed for 6 days. I'd recommend that the owner buys a clock as it's very difficult to know the time. A clock on the wall is essential.

It’s good and clean but not really feel like a hotel. Just a normal apartment. The beds were not comfortable at all. There is rent a car facility with the hotel. If you not reserve the car before coming you might have to pay more than the actual price. I personally don’t recommend the rent a car because most of the cars are very old and not in good condition as well.

Excellent location to airport.
It only takes 10 minutes to the airport yet the location is complicated to identify. Reception has staff at times from 8:30 to 19:00. I got several mosquito bites during waiting in the reception. No lift is the problem. We stay at 4 th floor with 4 luggage. Staff are helpful and nice.

Great first visit to Okinawa !!
Really enjoyed my stay and being able to cook my own food when needed ! Plenty of shops nearby to get food and drink ! Easy to find from airport after I walked from nearby monorail station.

Nice hotel but the location is a little off.
The facility is in pretty good condition, it's all self check-in never get to meet the hotel staff. The location is quiet but not friendly with public transportation.

As the hotel is located in a resident neighbourhood we were worried it was difficult to find. Turned out it wasn't that difficult, just look at the signs posted near the road and you'll find the place. As we arrived late we were told by mail the instructions how to get into our room as staff wasn't around anymore. With instructions on hand we arrived at the place happy to see our name on the wall with a room assigned to us. Instructions to get into the room were easy to follow and we were surprised by the size of the place. Great room, actually, I'm living in a smaller place back here in The Netherlands Nicest place I have stayed in Okinawa so far

Great and Wonderful Experience
My family and I had a very happy stay here at Rod Cond. It is located just next to Akamine station with about 5 min drive. Restaurant and convenient stores are around within walking distance. The place is very clean and neat with all the amenities including the cooking utensils, high-speed wifi and washing machine that you may need. It is a modern Japanese- style apartment in the local residential area of the region so you can have a real taste of Okinawa neighborhood living here. The host is very nice and helpful that he even offered to drive us with our heavy luggage to the railway station. Very much impressed with the great hospitality. Highly recommended for family.

エレベーターが無いので荷物を上げるのが大変でしたが、鍵の番号が事前に知らされるのでフロントに行く必要もなく、綺麗で、ゆっくりできました。

初めての利用でしたが交通の便も良く、目的地へアクセスしやすかったです。掃除もキレイにしてあり陽当たりも良く、タオル等の備品も清潔でした。チェックインからアウトまで煩わしさが無い点もよかったです。また利用したいと思いました。

NAHAマラソン出場のため、前日に利用しました。会場からモノレールで二駅、住宅街の静かな環境で快適に過ごせました。少し歩けばスーパーもあり便利な場所です。湯船がなくシャワーのみだったのが個人的には残念でしたが、リーズナブルですしまた利用したいと思いました。

滞在の種類によるかなぁ・・・
寝るだけなので安い宿を探す中、今回こちらを選んでみました。 同じ赤嶺駅周辺では、駅の近くにキャビンタイプの宿泊場所がありますが、個室で気兼ねなくシャワーやトイレが使えて、テレビや冷蔵庫があるので、こちらを選んでみました。 不便に感じたのは、とにかく駅から行くときは、慎重に地図通りに行ったのと、最後の曲がり角で、たまたまそろそろかなと思ってキョロキョロして振り返ったところに看板があったので良かったですが、スタスタ歩いていたら見逃して行き過ぎていたでしょう。 一旦到着してから、買い出しに出かけたのですが、宿の近くには店など見当たらず、国道の方に出るためにショートカットできるかと思って、宿を出て左方向（駅から宿に到着じは反対から来ました）へ行ったが最後、住宅街の袋小路にはまってしまい、大変なことに。 で、帰りは駅まで戻って到着時の道を行こうと思ったのですが、これも、少しでも近道できればと思ったのが間違いで、一本間違えたらもう、行きたい方向に行けず、方向音痴状態になるようで、たまたま通りすがりの地元の方に案内して貰えて助かりましたが、えらい目に合ってしましました。 道に迷ったのは自分のせいではありますが、宿の周囲に店も見当たらず、買い出しに出かけるにも不便な立地を実感してしまったエピソードです。 連泊などで滞在するには普通の部屋の感じで良いかと思いますが、寝るだけの滞在では、ちょっと不便でした。 あと、あてがわれた部屋は，いちばん小さなタイプで、風呂はシャワーブースのみでバスタブの無いタイプでした。で、シャワー―ブースにドアとかがないので、シャワーするときに、ブースの外にシャワーができるだけ飛ばないように気を使うようでした。なぜドアがないのか、、、壊れてそのままなのか判りませんが、せめてシャワーカーテンでもあればと思いました。 あと、ごみを自分で外のごみ捨て場に捨てにいかなきゃならないのも、長期滞在ならそれもありかと思いますが、一泊、ホテルのようなつもりの滞在だった身としては面倒に感じてしまいました。 あと、鍋などはありましたが（使いませんでしたが）、コップは紙コップしかありませんでした。 あと、外の階段のところに、部屋番後の表示の看板があり、そこに名前が書かれていたのですが、今どきは名前を書かれるのは苗字をローマ字だけでもちょっと抵抗がありました。

特にここが良いと特筆すべき点はありません。 残念だったのは、洗面所の水が出ないこと。 フロントに問い合わせればよかったのですが、流し台があるのでそこで事足りました。 ですがやはり、流し台では鏡がないので、女性とかは特に不便だろうなと感じました。
