Fabulous Christmas spent here
Fabulous stay , I enjoyed this part of the trip the most . The hotel allowed early check in and upgraded my room . The room was fabulous, spacious and has everything I needed. The onsen was free with my trip and was fabulous . I had a great Christmas here . It was quiet in the tenth floor . Hotel is in a good location , fabulous staff , I couldn’t have asked for a better stay . Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here . Nice little gym and pool and convenient shop on the premises was truly fantastic .

Fabulous stay, room was upgraded on arrival. Excellent room with all the amenities ,thoroughly enjoyed my stay here she would like to return . Loved the spa . Great friendly and helpful staff . A fantastic stay it made my Christmas . 10 minute walk to subway and beach .

Love this hotel’s service and location. Staffs are very nice and friendly, the spring water is lovely too. Though there’s no restaurants nearby, there’s a big convenience store in hotel and a supermarket nearby. It’s convenient to go anywhere within 15 minutes.

Large, clean and well-appointed rooms. Very comfortable stay. Good service. Not much of interest in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but a short walk to interesting parts of the city and the tram.

The hotel has a warm spring and a warm swimming pool, it also has a bike borrowing station which were the most fantastic things to me. But the service there is really not up to 4 star, I called the front desk twice at 8-9 pm but no one answered. I went to the tourist consultation desk to ask for tour info and the staff there couldn't communicate in English and refused to help making local tour arrangement.

We had a late check in due to our arrival from the airport. The staff at the counter was extremely courteous and explained everything that we got, for my stay at the hotel. His knowledge of English was pretty good and made sure if had any questions, to freely ask, at any time. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff took my luggage, to go to my room, and explained how to go about any uses that I may have, that is offered with the hotel. Gentlemen even explain about my room and if I needed anything, just to call, at any time. The room was quiet spacious, beautiful layout, and a great view from my balcony. The room has plenty to offer but just a word of note. Items in the fridge, you do have to pay for upon checking out, and you have to have your card inserted into the slot, for the electricity to come on in your room. I can't say enough about the staff. They even took my bags from the lobby, to outside, and put them in the cab for me. The staff was top notch on all levels and they should be commended, for the great work they do, so that you enjoy your stay there.

We were surprised by the overall experience, it was really clean and comfortable. From welcome drink to spa was a great experience. If more information about where to park in advance , they would be better.

It was a beautiful hotel, nice and clean. The wait staff were laid back and not as attentive but were kind and accommodating when asked. Nice Okinawa hospitality.

Perfect spa hotel in a great town
A very nice hotel with a perfect spa. But disappointing that the swimmingpool was closed. The hotel is considered to be the 2nd best in Naha after Hyatt hotel but the english abilities from the staff did not indicate that. Lot's of room for english improvements.

Service is only average for the price. Breakfast closes at 10 am, but servers start taking food away 10 minutes before as if they cannot wait. I booked this hotel because it said it overlooks the Naha Bay and has hot springs. It is absolutely disappointing that the room actually overlooks a cargo terminal with forklifts moving around all day. What is the point of having a balcony? Hot spring is the only positive if that is all you want.

If I had known that a tattoo would have barred me from the spa AND the pool, I probably wouldn't have stayed here or given them my business. When the hotel staff told me I wouldn't be allowed in the pool, I told them I had no trouble covering it up. "No because you are still dirty" was the response. The "ocean view" is a dirty-looking shipping dock, definitely not worth the money. The closest beach is Naha Beach, (which is located under two highway overpasses).

Great deluxe hotel with amazing onsen
This was a great place to stay while visiting Naha. We wandered all over visiting all the museums and the outdoor market and discovered great music and interesting neighborhoods!
