It is very close to the Churaumi Aquarium. However, the breakfast surely needs improvement. While there is a variety of food, the quality is not up to standard in some situations (as compared with the breakfast that we had in the other hotels that we stayed in Okinawa).

The property was beautiful and very walkable to to get to expo park and the aquarium. Probably cause not the right season but wish at least the pool would’ve been available or even the day beds outside our room. They didn’t have thier cushion on them. And the night we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant, it was closed only to students. Which was our dinner plans. But the front desk was very helpful in directing us to their free shutter bus to partnered hotel that had a variety of food courts. Was easy to get to and back with the provided free shuttle. Overal was a very nice place, views impeccable, and staff was great!

Last minute stay
Okinawa was surprisingly cold on our visit and the place we booked had a broken heater and was freezing inside. I randomly found this hotel and booked it just for one night. We enjoyed it so much we cancelled our other place and booked the additional nights here. Highly recommend. Great location (just next door and walking distance) near the aquarium which was the reason for our visit.

Nice, comfortable rooms. Good place to chill!
First of all, we came during a covid peak so everything was closed including the aquarium and the Emerald beach. But we got a good deal on the room, which went well above our expectations! We arrived early but were not allowed to check in until 3. We were worried that we wouldn't have enough time to enjoy the pool, but those worries subsided when they informed us that the pool is open until 10pm and we could still use it, even after we check out the next day. The room was absolutely fantastic! We had a room on the ground floor and it had a nice big patio with a table and place to wash off outside. We had access to a beautifully manicured lawn and tropical garden walk as well as the pool right off the patio. You could do BBQ for a pretty large sum (16,500 for a family) but we just got bentos from a steak shop in the next town over and enjoyed out on the patio. The pool turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. It is quite small and was very crowded with families and small children. Being that it was a pandemic, my children didn't want to chance it so they stayed inside and instead enjoyed the nice big TV from the comfort of the beds, which were indeed very comfortable! There was also table tennis and billiards available for 1,000 yen per 30 minutes. There is also a small gift shop and game corner. We didn't do breakfast there, but it looked like there was a nice dining area. It was a nice jumping off point to enjoy the rest of the island the next day.

The pool was falling apart and not kept clean. The rooms had bugs constantly. Mold was present throughout the entire bathroom. Our first room smelled and the second one was not cleaned. The curtains had mold spots in the fabric.

I very HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Paid $600 for 2 nights. What did I get? Glad you asked. The receptionist stated that I had reserved a "luxury room". She called over a gentlemen who told us we had to ride with him in a golf cart to our room because it was not in the main hotel. Really? Took us to an annex type building. 1st floor room and no view. Basically, a box with 4 walls. The wall with the sliding doors looks out at a concrete deco block wall. It you look close through the deco block, you can see the side of the main hotel and a bunch of cars in parking lot. Walk into room and there is a dead creature on the floor being devoured by ants. Remove creature to eliminate ants...not. The room is covered in ants. On the table is a note that states welcome to northern Okinawa. Get used to the insects. Go to bathroom..ants galore, on floor, in shower, climbing over the sink. 2nd day, the didn't even replace empty toilet paper. 2nd night, I go to adjust my pillow and a cockroach runs out of my pillow. I've been scratching ant bites all day. Website pictures are deceiving. Folks, nothing good to comment on here. I will NEVER stay here again. As a matter of fact, I believe HOTELS.com has responsibility here also. They made money from this transaction. I am certainly not done with this...I have never experienced a hotel this bad.

The hotel was nice but not as nice as I was hoping for the price. We opted for dinner and breakfast. I would advise only breakfast. Dinner was of two choices. On the next trip I will do a little more research to ensure my expectations. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

My family and I had a really nice stay. There was a kids playroom that was free to use, which the kids loved! And it was only a two minute walk to the aquarium. They had an outside pool with a small kids section and floaties for them to use. The staff was very friendly.

Pros and Cons: 1. Room size was great. Booked the room with 2 king size beds in the Ciel Terrace Annex. It could accommodate up to 7 pax with 2 sofa beds and 1 day bed. Very comfortable and spacious for party of 3. 2. Small pantry area with microwave, fridge, kettle and stove - but no cutlery, utensils, pots, detergent, etc. Bring your own. However it served us well enough. 3. Spacious bathroom with washer-dryer which is really convenient. Separate toilet. 4. Quiet but only an oblique view of ocean so if you are looking for a view, the main building might be a better option. 5. Cleaning was not really up to expectation. We were in the room, on the first day and observed the cleaner mopping the floor. She really didn't do a good job. On the days when we not in the room, so they had time, the room didn't feel clean after they done. 6. Breakfast was ok with limited variety. The restaurant dinner was rather nice. Service was good. The sushi across the street offers good dinner too. Lawson is just next door. Convenient. 7. Location is really convenient for the aquarium and ocean expo park. 8. Buggy service for luggage. Good. Overall, a good place for a relaxing break and for visiting the aquarium (which seems to be the main attraction).

Pick this only because of location and not service
We chose this hotel because it was right next to the Aquarium and it is close to the Emerald Beach. I would not choose this hotel again because you cannot buy take-away from the restaurant. Also the staff insisted to look inside our room even after I had explained twice we need one more pillow (the ones were with beads inside and were hard and too low for my husband). Glad there is one restaurant across the hotel and a Lawson nearby.

Excellent location, right next to the aquarium. Aquarium tickets can be purchased from the reception at a slightly discounted price. Room was very spacious, beds comfy. Breakfast spread was delicious and reasonably priced. Free parking was a plus.

Great place. Check the area for restaurants. We went to dinner at the restaurant not much of the menu was available, it opened late and we were not warned. The next morning breakfast location changed without a sign. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay with a child! Very clean. The staff was great.

The room is bigger than other hotels in Japan. It’s clean. The hotel is next to the aquarium. I stayed there the night before I visited the aquarium, I saved time of driving in the morning.
