Nice clean room good for solo
Room was as pictured. As a single traveler it was fine but because of partly low ceiling it would have been though with 2. Also pictures need to be updated because a lot has changed since beginning of corona (no common room, no free marine goods) was disappointing since it was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel. Location 15 min walk from end of Kokusaidori but little steel hill.

Convenient Naha base
Nice hotel in a very convenient location in Naha, close to monorail stop and walking distance to many sights. Room was small but made very efficient use of space, would stay again. Not suitable for those who dislike ladders or are especially tall, as you'd struggle to fit in the bed.

Bed on top of the bathroom
It is good price and not far from the Monorail station, about 8 minutes walk. However as noted in the web site it is a bed on top of the bathroom. So if you older person and afraid of Hight, this is not the hotel for you. Also there is smell in the room may due to the Wet weather. The hotel can try clean the aircon filter. Other than that, it is a reasonable hotel to stay, the lunch room also offer free pop drinks. The staffs are very friendly.

It was good, quiet and clean. It’s just that the WiFi was slow, but everything else was great.

Room was exactly as portrayed. Disliked that we got smoking room. Bed uncomfortable for two people, bulkhead over 1/3 of bed. Bathroom spacious. Loved the Handy device with free wifi for use off the property- use google maps and recommendations.

空間雖小，但很安心，隔音不是太好，但可接受，床鋪上有樑柱，翻身會不小心撞到，附近購物用餐都很方便，走一點距離就有大創、無印、uniqulo，去超市買東西也很方便

Location is quite gd for bus. Monorail station is not that near. Nice room. Big shopping mall and supermarket nearby.

Good location, clean hotel as advertised
The hotel was fairly easy to find- located a little far from the station but close to a big shopping center and two convenience stores- so a good location. The staff were great and professional at checkin, I could even check in a little earlier which worked great for my schedule. The room itself is really small, but as advertised and really clean! The bed might be a little hard for someone not used to sleeping on futons, but I got a good nights sleep. The only warning is the walls are quite thin, and it's possible to hear the people upstairs coming down from the bed at times, so maybe good to avoid for really light sleepers. The ladder was a bit hard on my feet, but I brought the slippers up and down to wear then it was no problem.

We only stayed one night. But was quite pleasant. Quiet and next door to convenience store. They loan bikes by the hour.

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of the cit

Friendly staff, very uncomfortable futon bed. laundry on site was nice, free wifi and free drinks were nice. No English Speaking people anywhere so be prepared for that. about a mile walk from the Makishi rail stop which is the closest rail stop and cheapest way to get around Naha. A cab from the airport is about $12, Rail is about $3 Plenty to do around the area.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel
I mainly wanted to stay at Hotel Stork because of how cool the room looked, but after the 1st night, I realized that it wasn't very practical. It's a super tall ladder and it's hard to carry things up to the bed and to go down to use the bathroom at night. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Main Place mall and other shopping and dining areas. The hotel parking in across the street and worth the 700 yen/night. I used the laundry room during my stay and it was just like college all over again. I think it was 100 or 200 yen to wash, 50 yen for detergent (you need to use a 50 yen coin), and 100 yen/30 min of drying. It did a good job I think. The staff I had met didn't speak English that well. But they were none the less very patient and nice.

We checked in to the hotel and once we got to our room I was actually a bit shocked at how small the room was. We struggled to find room to open our suitcases let alone have somewhere to sit down. There was one chair and one fold out stool which made it feel like we were in a prison cell when trying to sit down together for a cup of tea. The bed was up in a loft area where you had to climb a rickety ladder to get to (wouldn't recommend for anyone who has any kind of mobility issues). The loft where the bed was located had a section of the roof lowered so you could only sit up on one half of the bed, the other half you had to slide into lying down to get under the roof ledge to sleep. The window also opens right next to the bed and freely opens out which we weren't very comfortable with (we were on the 6th floor). If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Okinawa, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Great for a solo traveller, good location.
The hotel rooms are quite small but very clean. The room consists of a shower toilet combo bathroom, a desk and chair and a loft bed above the bathroom area. The room has a tv mounted on the wall, a mini fridge under the loft ladder and a heater/ac unit mounted at bed level. The mattress is a little thin and uncomfortable in my opinion and the ceiling is close to the bed not leaving much room to sit up in the bed. The wifi is fast and reliable and the hotel is in a good area with a mall and the art museum nearby. The front desk staff is very polite and tries their best to help you with any questions. Their English seems to be hit or miss depending on who is working. Overall for the price I would recommend this hotel to someone who is traveling solo and doesn't need much space. Note that you have to reserve a parking spot when you book your room.

Little gem of a hotel
The room was very clean. The hotel was located across the street from a huge mall so it was easy to buy groceries. It's a bit far from the monorail (about 10 minutes), but it is a pleasant walk. I plan to stay there again next time. The only downside would be that standard checkout is at 10am.

Spent a night in Okinawa. Access to the hotel is easy via the monorail. The room is perfect for a few nights (AC, TV, bathroom, bed). Staff knows a little English and no tea kettle.

Ok stay for couple on a budget.
This hotel has free wifi at a decent speed. Getting extra towels is a bit of a hassel. They should just replace them automatically every day but they don't unless you write them a note. The location is great. The hotel is 10 minutes fast walking distance away from the monorail 3 minutes away from the grocery store, starbucks, restaurants and the prefectual museum. The hotel is also beside a family mart and lawsons. The staff were friendly. The room is cramped but for the price it's ok. It can fit 2 people but 3 is too difficult. One chair (stool) in the room. Cute room.

The hotel is close to lots of attractions within walking distance or short ride on the public transportation. Hotel staff was friendly but didn't speak a ton of English. We didn't have a problem communicating what we needed however. I would definitely stay there again

very nice budget hotel
my stay with Stork was very pleasant. the room was small but equipped with every basic things you need. the bathroom/toilet under the bed itself is a funny idea. hotel guests are provided with free drinks (coffee, soft drinks, etc) at the lobby. the staff were friendly and helpful and willing to answer your questions and give directions. after all, it's very nice to stay there.

Interesting experience
I've never stayed at a hotel in this style so I decided to give it a try. It was interesting nonetheless since the bed was on top of the bathroom. It was fun, and the hotel had great wifi. The bed was harder than usual Japanese hotels, and the shower was hard to use. The towels they gave me had nasty stains on them. The hotel is in a great location though near the Naha Main Place Mall and Okinawa Prefectural Museum.

This is a typical compact hotel in japan. The size of the room is small with a bunk bed having a bed on top and toilet and shower in the bottoom. When I got in the room, there is some sort of smell, may be due to too damp in the room all the time. However, it's close to the mall with a convenience store around the corner. It's good for value. Also, they have free soft drinks machine at the lobby.

The hallway smelled like cigarettes, which I didn't like since I thought the room was non-smoking. Luckily the room didn't smell like smoke. There really isn't a good place to sit or relax in this room because it's too small. But the bathroom was large and clean. It was a good price but I probably would stay somewhere closer to Kokusaidori or the monorail station next time.

Clean hotel but small rooms
Hotel Stork is located about a 10-15 min walk from the tram station and is very close to convenience stores and the Prefectural Museum. Facilities are clean and the staff spoke good English. The only problem we had with our room was how small it is. The bed is stacked on top of the bathroom and even though it is enough room for one person, it was a pretty tight squeeze for me and my 13 year-old brother. But the room is a good value for the price.
