This hotel burned down four days before our stay. We were surprised when we went to check in when arriving in the evening.

Overall the hotel is basic. I did like the carpet; reminded me of an old movie theater. The only time we saw a staff person was when we checked in. Had to call the staff person from their desk phone. Customer service was short and not very interactive. Hotel room was okay. Furnature is very scratched up, bathroom was dirty and can see mold abover shower through the paint plus very dirty bathroom walls! Onsite free breakfast was nothing exciting, McDonalds would have been better! The positive i can say is that the hotel bed was decent and fairly comfortable. For the $$ per night we will stay somewhere else next time.

They need to change their web page from pet friendly to dog friendly. We have a cat and at first we were told that we couldn't check in with a cat. We suggested a $100 deposit minus the $30 dollar pet fee which they will return if the room is okay in the AM.

When we arrived she did not have a reservation for us. She checked the Expedia site and it was there. We assume that Expedia did not send her the reservation. She was very accommodating and said she would straighten it out with you. Other than that all good

Our stay was ok. There were areas in the room that could have been better cleaned (dirty marks on the floor and bathroom door) and the faucet was pretty loose. The room wasn't quiet when people went down the hallway. Nothing majorly wrong... The breakfast wasn't very appealing in our opinion so we went out to eat.

I was there for only a few hours as we came to the area to go salmon fishing, and had to leave about 2:20 a.m., so it is hard to rate everything. The room was nice but the air system was a bit noisy.

Pro: Front desk clerk was friendly. Cons: Advertised in-house restaurant that has been closed for years. Outdoor pool didn’t circulate, collecting dirt, bugs, and leaves on the surface. Alerted “One room left” when booking, yet the hotel was nearly deserted. TV channels were analog, with poor resolution. “Free” breakfast was entirely unimpressive.

Upon check in I told the front desk that I had a service dog. She then asked for paperwork WHICH IS ILLEGAL. She said since I didn’t bring the dogs paperwork that I will be getting charged a pet fee. I spoke with the front desk 3 times before arriving and no one said to bring paperwork. Our room smelt like urine and the sheets were unwashed and dirty. The shower head was leaking and the floor of the tub was squishy. The air conditioner shuts off automatically at midnight so you wake up hot. The beds are like a solid brick with springs. The breakfast was a joke! There was no syrup and the “pastries” were hostess twinkies. The juice machine was out of order and there was no fruit. There is also no elevator! People were throwing their suitcases down the stairs instead of carrying them. Do not stay here!

Our stay was amazing and staff super friendly. Our room was clean. Bed not very comfortable as it hurt both our backs but otherwise we would stay again.
