We stayed in a kitchen suite, had to ask for plates, dish soap, toilet paper, no big deal except the office is two hotel's up the street. Staff were helpful but needing tp over night and office didn't open until 9 am was a bit much.

The property is just next to the lake! It would thus be nice to stay for a couple of days with your family members. When we stayed there, a Japanese couple was selling wonderful Japanese foods from a stall, which many visitors there praised a great deal.

Not exactly what I expected for the price. Clean and very close to the beach. A bunch of tenants partied until 5 in the morning on the front sidewalk… drinking, screaming and fighting. No one was available at the front desk to complain too. I guess I should have just callled police.

The staff were really open to improving accessibility to accommodate my husband - and it was a chance to collaborate on that. The location is awesome - right across from the Skaha Lake Park and beach - all the necessities for a stay right at hand - and an awesome hot tub and sauna on site - and close to great ice cream!

The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The AC kept it plenty cool on a hot day. Nice and close to the park and beach. A couple of gas grills are available to use as well.

Close to the beach and nice park space, easy access driving into Penticton. Wifi instruction needs to be in bigger print and the password needs to be way smaller and easy to print. The mattresses need to be updated, very hard. Also would be nice to have an extra blanket in the unit when the weather is cool.

Getting pretty old here and my room was very tight quarters. The carpets need the rug doctor or a hoover even real bad as when I was out of bath and fresh and clean you can really smell the age and dust and musty smell. Pretty loud neighbours and bangs but luckily it calmed by 11 pm. Didn't get to try hot tub in am as I just slept ok.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. My husband found the bed uncomfortable, but I found it good. We would've liked to have 2 pillows each, I guess we could've asked. Room was clean, other than a few cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Great spot - closest motel to the beach. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

It was our third time staying at this hotel and we'll be back. Due to location. It's very close to the lake, stores and park. Unfortunately they have staff shortages so no change of towels or anything else. Which I think should be reflected in price. Discount should be provided for the inconvenience. Also would be great to renovate pool area and replace tiles, it looks dirty.

Fantastic location right on the beach, full kitchen, powerful split-system air conditioner, several BBQs available to guests. Suite was older, bed was too soft to be comfortable, carpets are in rough shape, and suite could use a thorough scrubbing (dead bugs in light fixtures, dirty window sills, etc). But overall it's decent, if not a little too expensive.

Very very dated place. What even worst is that it was very very dirty. Dishes, utensils and pots dirty and old. No kettle Not enough utensils. Cabinets looked like they were installed in 70’s. The couch was disgusting. Had to use a blanket to sit in it. Kitchen chairs were very dirty. Blinds , windows , even sheets had some stains. Carpets were discussing. Old soap container were installed on the walls but no soap in it. Towels were overused. The only bonus is that it is close to the beach. Expensive for what it is .

The location of this hotel really can’t be beat, as it’s so close to the beach! Our room, however, felt small and was not particularly clean (we found several items in the room that weren’t ours). Also, randomly, several appliances needed to be plugged in, but there were no outlets with which to use them (bedside lamp, coffee maker).

The location is great if you want to be close to Skaha Lake, which is just across the street. You’ll need to check in to a hotel two hotels over, but you get access to all three facility’s amenities like outdoor pool any jacuzzi. There isn’t any wifi (that I could tell) and my Telus cellular signal wasn’t that strong. I stayed in a one Queen bed room. The room had a fridge, microwave, area to hang clothing, a small table with two chairs, a coffee machine, kettle and glassware. Theres no cutlery or stir sticks for coffee. There were two coffee pods and coffee fixings but no decaf coffee or teabags. There’s no phone in the room if you want to make a request to front desk. There were no shower towels in the rooms so make sure to ask for that when you check in or bring your own. The bed isn’t terribly comfy but it worked well enough for one night’s sleep. The pillow was sufficient. The AC was great when we arrived! Almost cold in fact. The staff was friendly at check in and it had a small town vibe.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! Given your room description, you were likely in one of our sleeper rooms, which don't have a kitchen or those type of amenities. Regardless, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. One thing to note: Each room has its own wifi modem directly behind the TV. My apologies if we didn't make you aware of that at check in! The shower head wasn't placed properly, which wasn't visible but which ended in quite a flood at a time-crunch moment. As well, there weren't any tea towels available for the necessary dish-washing. (We didn't take the time to ask, though.)

Quick stay
The place was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have chairs outside my door so i could sit outside. Only stayed 1 night but all was very good.
