Hop on the golf cart to explore the nature trails, rec centers, pools and pickleball courts right at your fingertips. There are multiple squares nearby to take advantage of restaurants, shopping and nightly live music! There will be no regrets at the Blue Bayou. The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fiftyfive (55) years of age. Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. We enjoyed our stay! It was in a convenient location and located diagonally across the Franklin Rec center. So easy to take a quick golf cart ride to the pool and activities. Love the golf cart travel convenience in the Villages too. The place was very clean. We recommend bringing shower soap with you because they didn’t provide. The golf cart was worth the 50\. I was disappointed they only left us with a small amount of gas considering the previous person should have left it full according to the rental agreement. We highly recommend this rental!
