"Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck. "

"This property was clean and had the basics but best of all was located close to Montecito and the beach in Santa Barbara. It is close to the freeway but the noise isn't overwhelming."

"great for a short vacation near the beach - well stocked with beach chairs and towels etc. it's a bit old and shows it - could use a deep clean in a few spots that the routine cleanings haven't got to, but still perfectly fine for a vacation home!"

"Loved the property. Clean, remodeled, spacious, and a full kitchen. Rooftop deck area was awesome to have. Walkable to so many things including the Wharf, beach, and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure."
