"The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she even provided her personal bag of ice so I could have a cold drink of water, and she graciously answered all of our questions about the island. Furthermore, we were permitted to check in early upon our arrival. Our room was clean, as described, and featured a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Barbara in the gift shop was delightful, as she and her daughter kindly arranged a car rental for us, ensuring it was both delivered to and picked up from the hotel. They also booked an excursion tour of the island for us. If you share your interests with them, they make every effort to accommodate you and treat you like family. Our first dining experience was mixed; while the food was excellent, the service was lacking, as our server prioritized chatting with coworkers over our needs. However, the service on all subsequent nights at the restaurant was top-notch. We will certainly be staying there again in the future."

"I chose this accommodation for it’s convenient location south of pebbles beach and Carlisle bay. The hotel’s beach was very relaxing with plenty of chairs and spacious pools. Just not so great service from the bartender at the pool bar. There were decent breakfast options from the buffet and it was nice to sit by the water and eat. The lobby and communal spaces were great, but my personal room had lots of wear and tear (I.e paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling). Overall, the hotel is “fine”, but with some upgrades and renovations to the individual rooms the experience could be “great”"

"My family and I went down to Barbados for CPL. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
