Fairly clean, modern apartments. Some areas like the tiles in the bathroom and the ceiling are showing signs of wear and our sofa was very stained. The location was quite far out on an industrial estate but we used uber to get to the city centre which was around £25 one way as the metro was suspended. I am not sure I would stay again but it was cheap enough and quiet which meant a good nights sleep.

This was a basic room that did what we needed as a group of girls on a weekend away. Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed)
Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot. First member of staff told us to come back and tell their colleague later, second tried to help said it had been looked at and offered a fan. Finally on the last morning Ingrid was more helpful and explained that it’s not ‘on’ until the end of May. That could have been explained sooner and more clearly. We had a great time but the customer support could have been better.

"Overall for the price we paid this hotel is very good value, less than £60 a night. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable and everything is kept in pretty good condition. It’s opposite a paid carpark and 5 minutes walk into town for shops and restaurant. The actual area isn’t 100% ..."
