Horrible stay, we booked a room for 2 adults and a kid age 12. When we got to the hotel after the rudeness of the night clerk we finally got to our room.We were shocked that the room had a queen bed and as a third bed a matress on the floor. We complained the next day and we were told that it is what it is and actually we should be happy because they don t have rooms for 3. So why do you take reservation for 3 than.

Great stop off for north to south travel.
Really convenient for the A16, booked 2 rooms to stay including a small dog. Breakfast sitting down was a treat in these times of packed to go. And all social distancing measures in place. Clean, practical and safe.

Tired hotel
Ibis name not ibis quality in my opinion. The room was tired and needs to some serious tlc. But the staff were good. We arrived late and this was no problem. Sorted us a baby cot as requested. Breakfast basic. 3/4 bath in a bathroom that needs love. Bed was ok, pillows not good - just dissolve under the weight of your head. For the price I’d expect a little more but it was fine for a one night stay

Excellent facilities. Shame about the hot water.
I arrived at the hotel in the early evening. The reception staff and restaurant staff couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. The rooms were immaculate in their cleanliness and comfort. The only problem was the next morning, there was no hot water for taking a shower. I reported this to Sophy the receptionist and after some investigation, she got back to me and offered my family and myself another room where we could shower. Unfortunately, it was too late by then to change rooms and have a shower, as we had a train to catch in Calais. That said, the breakfast was fantastic. Apart from no hot water in the morning, I would say that my stay was memorable. Would I return to this hotel? Without a doubt. This is one of these events that can happen anywhere and it won't affect the otherwise fantastic stay we had. Unbelievably professional and polite staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. I look forward to going back.

Good value Beauvais stay.
One night stay prior to early Beauvais flight. €69 for 2 adults and 1 child with a good breakfast included. Really good value, plenty of places to eat nearby. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities.

My first stay in an Ibis Styles Hotel and definitely not my last. We arrived very late at night but were welcomed warmly by friendly, helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfy and a duvet to sink into. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. We will definitely be using Ibis Styles hotels again

Good overnight stay to break our journey. Easy to get to and find, staff very helpful and friendly, rooms were comfortable and fairly spacious, nice breakfast. Would certainly go back.

Location of hotel is ideal for a transit stop, just off the motorway with onsite parking, an onsite restaurant and other moderately-priced options nearby. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, functional and comfortable - exactly what you’d expect from a hotel in this price range.

Very nice, helpful staff. Good quality free breakfast. The rooms have been fully updated but unfortunately ours still smelled like cigarette smoke, so we just slept with the window cracked open. The hotel is not near the city center/train station but it is easy to catch a cab to the train station (Gare de Beauvais) for around 10 euros. Good Wifi.

Style needs to be consistent
After staying at a wonderful Ibis Styles in TRIER Germany, this one was a big disappointment. We have been Accor Hotel fans for many years.Not because they are gorgeous, but they were consistent, the Styles variety tries to upgrade Ibis. They succeed in Trier they fail miserably in Beauvais and Gonesse near CDG.

I like this hotel's convenient location, with easy access to major highways and a Carrefours within walking distance. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs and sausage - a nod to their many non-French clients -- and the dinner menu offered is fine.

Mercure Beauvais
After staying in a few pretty awful hotels on this trip the Mercure restored my faith. Do not be put off by the commercial location it was easy to access and had good parking. Spacious room, large bed, fridge etc. Spotless, bright and airy room. Great restaurant and bar. Staff could not have been more helpful. Not in the middle of town but if you want a convenient jumping off point which is great value this is it.

Standard hotel in box store neighborhood about 1/2 hour walk from town. There is a city bus from the overcrowded and poorly sign posted airport/ ask for the Mercure stop. It's near the end of the line. Helpful desk staff while we were there.

Good for overnight stop for ferry/tunnel
A useful location for overnight stop to or from ferry/tunnel lying two hours away from Calais. Hotel is a good one with an excellent restaurant attached. Also convenient for last minute shopping as it is close to two hypermarkets!

just what we wanted
it is outside the town but that didn't matter as it was easy to drive into town and park and see the centre monumental- fantastic cathedral- and that meant there was a decent amount of space in the room. Nice dinner and although France is very expensive these days the room itself wasn't so it all added up ok.

Very nice and comfy hotel near Beauvais airport
Hotel bed very comfy, staff where very nice and helpful and also very closer to the airport. The only thing was that no closer transportation to go to Paris. We got a taxi for $10 euros to go back to the airport to take a bus for $17 to Paris. One hour ride depend the traffic. After spend three days in Paris ( to see Eiffel Tower and Disneyland) We catch the same bus back and back to hotel. You don't need to book a hotel near the airport because the bus to Paris departure every 30 minutes after each flights. We did it because we got there around midnight and wanted to rest before go to Paris, after been all day in trains and planes. We went to Rome, Paris, Florence and Venice. Enjoy

Not the best location
Hotel Mercure in itself is a nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep in comfy beds. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak very good English. The only downside is that when we booked, the website showed a picture of a pool,(one of the reasons for booking), and when we went to use it we were told that the pool was not in use and that it hadn't been open for at least a year! This was disappointing as it was at least 30 degrees outside. Also the location is not very attractive. It's a bit like being in a retail park with very dangerous roads to cross and limited restaurants nearby, so I would n't recommend this hotel to familys with young children. The main town of Beauvais is lovely and worth a visit, however the restuarants dont stay open very late and you might have trouble getting a taxi at the end of the night! If i were flying to Beauvais again I would stay in the centre of Paris as it is quite expensive travelling in and out from Beauvais.

Many thanks to the team. We were a group of 14 cyclists going from London to Paris in aid of Motor Neurone Disease. The staff in Beauvais were more than helpful as we arrived shattered and in need of feeding and refreshing with a few beers. They also called ahead to the Mercure in Paris and arranged parking in central paris for our support vehicles. They could not have been more helpful. Many thanks

Overall a good hotel choice
This was a good hotel - a bit above average for a chain. We stayed one night, en-route to the Dordogne. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet. The restaurant was actually pretty good, and a cut above previous Mercure's we've stayed in. The location is a bit out of the main town centre. There are a few walking-distance restaurants, but nothing that looked above the ordinary. Overall though, I'd recommend this hotel for a short stop-over.

In my opinion, the hotel should have renovated the floors-/carpets and generally freshened up the hotel. Although the price at EUR 100 is not to expensive, it was not a standard which inclined me to visit the hotel again.
