Nice spot! Seems recently updated, had a decent restaurant, helpful staff, and a good location. Both elevators were out during our stay which wasn’t great for folks with luggage on higher floors (or housekeeping staff), might also be a flag for folks with limited mobility.

Quyrsten (I'm not sure if I spelled her name right) was great! She was always happy and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we had a lovely stay. I hope we are able to stay again when we visit Bakersfield in the future.
