A gem of a find! On Main St in the centre of town of Ogunquit. Next to shops and restos. Owner Anthony and Rita were very gracious with attention to detail. Large umbrellas in case of rain, beach towels, beach chairs provided. Parking space. Highlight of our stay were the superb breakfasts made by Anthony. The best waffle, blueberry lemon pancakes and hazelnut French toast I have ever tasted. Started with yogourt, homemade granola and either a baked apple, pear or fresh fruit. Lovely and relaxing experience.

It was perfect for me as a single traveler. Walking distance to most places I wanted to visit. Anthony the owner was easy to talk to and very helpful with any questions you may have. I would definately go back to this place anytime I am looking to go back to Maine.

Magical week at the Scotch Hill Inn! Hosts are not only courteous but kind and very helpful. The breakfast, which is included with the room was unbelievable! Every morning, we were excited to see what Anthony had chosen to prepare! Meals were elaborate- definitely some of the best breakfast meals I have had. We stayed in the deluxe queen studio- it has its own entry and allows lots of comfort and intimacy/ perfect for longer stays! The inn is clean and well equipped for the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards). Worth mentioning is the short walk to the beach too! There’s chips, coffee and tea 24/7 and sometimes you will even have a surprise snack courtesy of the hosts. Thank you so much once again and we hope to come back very soon!!

We stayed at the Scotch Hill Inn during Oguinquitfest. Our room was very comfortable. The two full breakfast were wonderful, probably the best breakfasts that I have ever had a B & B. On Saturday, the eggs were to be done over easy, I asked if it was possible for them to be scrambled and the chef happily made them. On Sunday, with eggs Benedict on the menu, I asked for just the English muffin and ham. Well didn't the chef surprise me and make them with scrambled eggs. I so appreciate Rita and Anthony going "out of their way." to ensure our stay was memorable. Thank you.

Anthony and his mother are just a fantastic pair and great hosts. Anthony prepares a fine dining experience for breakfast every morning! Believe us, you won't need to have lunch when you stay at the Scotch Hill Inn. The Inn is quite charming, wood floors all over, you can sit out front on the rocking chairs, have a sip of wine in the garden. It is a 5-6 min. easy walk to the beach and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the dynamic Oqunquite restaurants and bars (all at a walkable distance). We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Scotch Hill Inn. Again thanks to Anthony the Chef and his mother.

We had a wonderful post-Christmas visit. The Inn was cozy, with a nice fireplace to relax by in the common are. Our room was very comfortable, cozy as well. Anthony the innkeeper made us excellent breakfasts. And the location was within easy walking distance to the beach and heart of Ogunquit. It was the perfect getaway. We’ll definitely be back.

As in many older/historic B&B's, the floors were a bit creaky, sounds traveled easily. However, the room was lovely and clean, the owner was super responsive and made wonderful breakfasts. Had a lovely 3 days and met very nice guests that stayed there as well. And very walkable to town, beach and marginal way.

We spent two nights in Ogunquit and were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Scotch Hill Inn. Anthony is a very friendly host and his breakfasts were superb. The location is close to everything and we never moved our car until we checked out. We highly recommend this BnB.

A perfect visit to Ogunquit!
The Inn is located in a prime location that allows for easy walking anywhere in town and to the beach without having to get into a car. In addition, the Inn was very clean and we were very happy with our room. The best part was breakfast! Absolutely delicious! Anthony, told us he used to be a chef and, his talents were are full display during breakfast time. Not to be missed!

I loved the porch with the rocking chairs and the common rooms. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. My favorite feature of this inn was the amazing gourmet daily breakfasts. The room was very quiet with a comfortable bed.

A pleasant laid back B&B with the best breakfast in town. Easy walk to the center of town, but well out of the center-of-town noise. No trouble accessing everything from Kittery (ME) to Bailey Island (ME) from this home base.
