"Great location- right in front of tram. The apartment I originally booked was unavailable so I stayed in 2 separate apartments while there. The studio (8a) was clean , spacious and seemed renovated because bathroom was big and spacious. 2nd apartment wasn’t bad - a double room (10b) not as lovely as the first, bathroom was small but apartment was spacious. The people working there are very kind and place seems well run."

"Appreciated very helpful staff, firm, comfortable bed & pillows, refrigerator not filled with products to buy, kettle, dishes, strong shower, controllable air conditioning, quiet, drying rack. Concerns were no English-language TV news available, even France 24 in English was actually in French. It's a good 20& minute walk to transit & to Old Town. Hair dryer is mounted too far from outlet to plug in. Phone number for reception should be on the phone so easily found. No luggage racks."

"The rooms are great - large with one entry room and inner bedroom plus good-sized bathroom. The breakfast was good with amply food and good variety in an attractive setting. The location is rather isolated a ways from the city, but good bus service is readily available. Staff not eager to help, but would do so if asked. We were very happy there our 3 nights."

"A good budget-friendly option in an original Art Nouveau building. The rooms and amenities are not top-notch anymore, but everything is functional and the staff was utmost friendly and helpful. A refrigerator in the room and an electric kettle on loan from the reception were an additional advantage. We didn't miss breakfast as there are very nice coffee shops in the Stabu iela nearby."
