Located on the 2nd floor of an historic building complete with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The location can't be beat with several restaurants, shops, and coffee spots all within walking distance. 30 minutes from world class ski resorts and just a short drive from many hiking trails. Overlooking historic 25th street, the main living area has large windows, hardwood floors and a great modern kitchen. Relax and enjoy a drink on the large Restoration Hardware leather couches. The primary bedroom is roomy, with a king bed, smart TV, and exterior windows for natural lighting. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV as well. There is a full laundry room, a nice bathroom with a tub shower combo, and an additional half bath. Relax on the glass enclosed back patio with views of Ben Lomond. It’s very private, and well stocked with everything you need for a memorable stay. Please note: the loft is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
