Terrible customer service. During our 3 day stay we only had one gentleman who was truly welcoming and accommodating. When approaching the check in desk we had to interrupt the front desk girl on her phone to acknowledge us and check us in, she was super unfriendly. Later that evening I approached her again to ask for more hot cocoa she stated they were out. Another guest we were with asked her if they had any toothbrushes because they had forgot theirs, she stated they were out. In the morning when the new attendant was there, we asked the same things and he graciously said absolutely let me get those for you. Our room was not cleaned. We were not acknowledged by any staff during our stay. We will not be back!
