Invoice

During the night sometime I had an invoice stuck in my door saying that I didn't have to pay anything it was Zero charge to my car I'm just confused on why that was sure I'll probably find out eventually but it was kind of awkward anyways other than that the lady that was in training she was excellent I mean she did a great job so just want to say that at that place in Layton Utah off Antelope Drive she was great

We loved staying Here, We will come back Here again! Our kids loved it and the waffles were delicious!

Pros: everything else
The stay was nice. But the pool was COLD. The Hot Tube was closed for cleaning on a weekend really! Was really looking for a nice relaxing Hot Pool. I get that it needs to be cleaned but could'nt it be done on a week day. Just saying!

I apologize we were unable to provide you with the quality of amenities you deserved during your recent stay. I heard there was an incident that happened in the hot tub that called for immediate cleansing and its unfortunate that the rest of our guests had to suffer through it. Hopefully next time this will not be the case. On a lighter note I want to thank you for your positive feedback and I hope that if you are ever in the area again we get another chance to impress you!! Enjoy your week!

Terrible service

Terrible customer service. During our 3 day stay we only had one gentleman who was truly welcoming and accommodating. When approaching the check in desk we had to interrupt the front desk girl on her phone to acknowledge us and check us in, she was super unfriendly. Later that evening I approached her again to ask for more hot cocoa she stated they were out. Another guest we were with asked her if they had any toothbrushes because they had forgot theirs, she stated they were out. In the morning when the new attendant was there, we asked the same things and he graciously said absolutely let me get those for you. Our room was not cleaned. We were not acknowledged by any staff during our stay. We will not be back!

Good place to stay-avoid room bye the vending area

This is the second time we have stayed here but this visit our room was right next to the vending machines and every time some one used them it woke us up and the sound of the ice machine running was loud. We called the front desk in the morning and they gave us another number to call. Aside from our rooms location it is a nice place to stay.
