The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great offerings at breakfast and good restaurant choices nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was absolutely wonderful. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful, the building is stunning, and the amenities are top notch. We like our rooms cold for sleeping and the AC delivered. We also had to do work for some of our stay at the WiFi was more than enough for two people to be working and taking video calls. The bathroom had good water temperature control and water pressure, along with L’Occtaine products. The square outside is bustling and alive with people and music but the sound proofing is so good we never noticed. A diverse and delicious breakfast menu is available to you every day, and on the top floor of the hotel, one of the best restaurants in all of Centro Historico is available to you for dining. We were originally supposed to stay at a different hotel in Zona Rosa that turned out to be a bit of a scam. The staff here accommodated our change in plans without a hitch, and were even willing to run a WiFi test for us before we arrived to make sure we would be able to do work here. The gym/fitness center is a small room with just a treadmill and elliptical, but there are plenty of gyms nearby if you want more machinery. Although Centro Historico is not as verdant or serene as some other neighborhoods in CDMX, it is in walking distance from a variety of incredible historical sites, museums, and restaurants making it a great place to call “home base” during your travels.

The hotel was very well taken care of. It had a good location, and the staff was very kind.

If you want a cool lobby, book here. Staff is great and it's definitely a fancy place. I don't think for what you pay, the value is not great. Nothing is included, not even breakfast. No amenities, the snack bar is lacking and there is no bar. This is a cool place to stay for a night, but I would've booked elsewhere for a longer stay next time.

We stayed on the 11th floor and it was comfortable and quiet, even with our exuberant kid with us. Loved the Brisas Business Club breakfasts on our floor - wish there were a few more vegetarian and vegan options but overall great food. The bed was the only downside, just a little too soft, lumpy and worn for me to sleep well. The rooftop pool was fun for kids, but the filter wasn't working properly and it was a bit grimy and full of bugs by late afternoon. I appreciated the safe feeling neighbourhood, with close access to everything we needed. Hotel staff were wonderfully attentive and kind. For the price and convenience, I'd readily stay here again.
