The staff was great, especially James. He’ll have you laughing, or turning red depending on your sense of humor, in no time. The room was great. It had everything I could need and it was all in great condition. The tv remote didn’t work so well, even after a fresh set of batteries, but that was the only minor inconvenience I experienced. I gave property condition 4 instead of 5 stars only because of the roof leak in the foyer when it rained.

We enjoyed the amenities making our stay a little more like home. Our room had a small but very well appointed kitchen and a larger refrigerator. There is also a two burner electric stove and a small dishwasher.

It’s my third stay at this property because of the accommodations and the service. Comfortable beds, crisp and clean linens, spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels. Fully equipped kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, stovetops, microwave and coffee makers. Breakfast always includes a hot entry and fresh fruit and waffle maker. Highly recommend.

The manager was kind and went above and beyond to arrange a meeting for us. The boathooks inside the room door were so convenient. The Dove products in the bathroom were great.

Super accommodating staff. Hot breakfast featured plenty of meat and good coffee. The suites are clean and have a spacious layout. We liked the convenience and privacy of the separate lavatory and water closet. Nice and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Never Stay here again.
After getting in to our room, we found baby cockroaches in our bathroom. We refused to stay in the hotel. If cockroaches are found in one room, they are in other rooms. When we told front desk about our room and that we would not stay there, she said she could only give us a different room. She could not cancel the reservation because it was the day of the reservation. No kidding, can't find out about cockroaches in our room until the day of. Will not stay at this property again.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not work out with us. Please be assured that we take pride in our high standard of cleanliness and any concerns over such bugs will be taken seriously. We did inspect the room the following day and were unable to locate any roaches however as per our strict cleaning guidelines we will ensure this room is thoroughly deep cleaned and sprayed with pest control to be on the safe side.

I booked the room due to a delayed flight and was going to miss my connecting flight. I made a difference flight by a minute. Went to cancel the room while sitting on the runway (3-4 hrs after booking the room) and the hotel refused to cancel the reservation and charged me $230+ I understand policies, but know they could have been a little flexible.

Note that reservations booked directly with us we can bend the rules however when booked on a third party site we have to also follow the policies however exceptions can be made if guest contacts the third party depending on the situation.
