This was our first time staying here. It was SIMPLY OKKK. The Receptionist area needs to have additional staff on duty especially during peeks hours and ALL DINING AREAS SHOULD BE OPENED ALL YEAR AROUND. THE SEASONAL OPTION LOOKS AND SOUNDS RIDICULOUS FOR AN HIGH END ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

When checking in I was hit with a hidden fee for the gym and the pool whether I was using them or not I had to pay for them and I had four rooms there for a week. I was not happy about that at all cause I’ve already paid for my rooms so what am I supposed to do say no so of course I have to pay the extra hidden fees. The hotel itself was beautiful. I had a lovely time staff very, very helpful
