"We had a great stay. The house is very cute and comfortable. It was absolutely spotless, and I have to give an extra shout out for the comfortable beds - you don’t often find those in a VRBO - and 2 kings in PG is hard to find as well. We arrived on the weekend so the traffic from Lovers Point made it seem a little busy, but it was perfect during the week. We loved being right across the street from the
beach
path where we could hope over and take a walk or sit on a bench by the ocean any time...

"The Mermaid Retreat is in a perfect location. Steps to the ocean and walking trail along the

. Short walk into Pacific Grove. Located on a quiet, one way street, with little traffic. The cottage is older and small, but had everything we needed. Perfect size for a couple. The only negative is the bedroom mattress is getting tired and could be replaced."
