Upstairs, you have a luxurious primary suite and, yes, it's air-conditioned! The primary retreat has a comfortable king bed. Off of the primary bedroom you'll find a rooftop balcony with unparalleled views of the ocean and the harbor. This is a very special condo designed for the discriminating few who truly appreciate tasteful luxury. Make My Vacation provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit. When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat with volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Reviewer Comments: The unit is one of a a corner unit on top floor you have wide vistas to enjoy. Very spacious, Updates to unit are well-done as well as practical; great walk-in shower w/ led accent rope lighting; instant hot water tap in kitchen (do be cautious—it is hot enough to steep your tea). Upstairs bedroom has a slider to an outside living space; I was there in winter so not used that often but must be perfect in summer. I’d recommend the living room sofa be replaced as feathers were continually flying! And the cushions seem a little soft for a full evening of tv. I also would suggest more entertaining extras as baskets, colorful bowls & dishes. The decor is quite classy; loved the artwork on the walls & the freestanding sculptures. Having said that this is not a unit that is suitable for young children. It would be hard to not have a good time in this lovely home. ##### Penny R. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
