Built in 2009, 2426 Square Feet with a large private rooftop overlooking the ocean. All 3 bedrooms with King beds. Our guests especially appreciated the spaces between the bedrooms to allow for privacy. Central air conditioning cools/heats the entire house. Only a few blocks away from beach and located in designated quiet zone. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Ideal for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or traveling professionals. All bedrooms are space out to allow privacy. Splendid Ocean views from bedrooms and rooftop. Short drive to Carlsbad, Camp Pendleton, Orange County, and Downtown San Diego.. Large private rooftop terrace just for the guests! The view is breathtaking. The rooftop has a dining table for eight, two loungers with Sunbella cushions, bar height table, and a large umbrella. 3 King Beds + two Sofa Beds. Two out of three bedrooms are en-suites. We had an amazing time at this wonderful house. As soon as we walked in the place felt like home! We had a large group of adults and there was a place for everyone to be comfortable. Even the couches made into super comfy beds. There was everything we needed for cooking, playing games, etc. It was a close walk to the beach too! We enjoyed the rooftop and having a place to see the ocean during the day and to stargaze at night! The hostess was super helpful and easy to communicate with. She checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was up to our standards! My family enjoyed the house, plenty of room for everyone. Being so close to the beach was perfect for our kids. The host was fantastic, quick to respond and accommodate.
