The toilet flush, coffee maker, and iron did not work. One tiny soap to share at the sink and in the shower and no shower gel. At least leave two soaps. Very disappointing

We have never stayed at a Radisson hotel before, but for our first time, we really enjoyed it. The hotel was quick and easy to check in, convenient elevator, access for luggage, easy parking, and conveniently located pretty much in the same parking lot as a Starbucks, which was also nice. Additionally, the free included breakfasts were perfect for getting the family fed before heading out to the beach. There was lots of seating which was helpful during the peak times. Lastly, staff was very helpful. We were able to actually quickly send a text message for anything needed in the room. Your response time was always quick. We would definitely come back as it was conveniently located between all of the different beaches that we like to go to. My only real wish was that the room being on the upper floor, did not have a way to open any windows to let fresh air in. It would be nice if they created a way to have the windows at least be able to crack open a little bit. I understand that most of that is likely due to safety concerns but the weather is so nice here that some fresh air would be awesome.

I want to preface this by saying we have got a refund for 1 night and an upgraded room. This hotel is ran poorly in my opinion (The company not the employee). For instance, the AC only goes to 66 and you are lucky if you can get it down to 66, the first room we stayed in smelled horrible. The staff are nice, but won’t stay at a Radisson for the simple fact they can’t get the AC to go lower than 66 on a hot day (I’m pregnant and it was miserable). We have been to the lobby over 15-20 times in our 4 day stay because the key cards quit working whether that’s them in our wallet or by our phone. Most people that are staying here are for work rather than vacation. I’d stay at the Hilton across the way if I was on vacation.

I was pleased with the stay here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The breakfast each day was good and had an excellent variety of food.

Windows are locked. No ventilation, smell of raid through the air vents caused us to leave at 1:30 AM. Very dingy and dark hallways. All elevators reeked of weed day and night. Staff are excellent owners are clearly cheap. Extraordinarily poor air quality, my child and I are now sick from our stay. Building should be completely gutted. Gross.

Rude staff. Tv didn’t work, weak weak weak WiFi and I needed to get some work done. The mattress had springs in it and they would dig in your back, this is a Radisson people. You can’t even put a pillow topper on the bed? Oh and no room service.

Nice & clean. Not much around to do in the area if looking for things close by. Short drive to more restaurants & shops though. Different options at their breakfast, changed a little each day. Rooms are spacious with separate sitting area.

The staff was exceptional. 10 out of 10, From the morning kitchen staff to the front desk. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I had no problems with the housekeeping staff, they left the room as clean as possible. OVERALL, I think some upgrades and new amenities would be great, the hotel is outdated.

Close drive to the zoo, hotel Coronado, parking was easy and breakfast was very good. Bathroom was spacious with easy to use faucets, and an actual shower curtain instead of crazy glass doors that allow water to go everywhere. Showere curtain looks as if it’s changed for every guest.

Lots of spacious parking ,I hate door dings and similar damage and its cost. I also liked the Breakfast buffet, super good value with the room price and convenient saves time and effort when you're on vacation . The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a broken faucet in the bathroom and our bathroom Vent fan and light unit was not working ,reported the issue to the night desk it was repaired the very next day early on. I thought it was a very good response time .Radisson you have good people working for you , Keep up the good work! Sincerely , Ramon M. P.S. The pool was very clean and well kept with nice clean towels once again great Value.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The staff was helpful and had a quick response time. They had a wide variety for the breakfast and the hotel was overall clean. The beds weren’t the best. The blankets were extremely thin, pretty much just a sheet. The tv only had a few channels and no place to insert a movie, CD or otherwise. There is room for improvement but I would stay again.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet and located close to Del Mar. Bathrooms and rooms are older and need remodeling .

This property was amazing, friendly and tje are was kust perfect. Stayed here for Christmas and I'm definitely staying again for new year's. I'm about to book again.

Aside from some stains on the carpet, the room was clean. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good. Also, you feel safe which is a plus!! Overall, a pleasant stay. This will be my go to next time I'm in San Diego. Bonus, you can see the jets fly over from the nearby base.

So. I needed an accessible room. The lock ok the first room didn’t work and the second room was occupied. I was given a non-accessible room because no more were available. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. They also had a problem with the TV. The lobby is well appointed. My problem was just about the room.
