While you unpack or make a cocktail at the bar, put a classic VHS tape on the TV. The bar area includes a cocktail shaker, blender, and mini-fridge. Ocean views stream in through the sliding glass doors and windows. Stock the fridge with fresh fruits from a nearby produce stand, and make meals on the five-burner gas range. Helpful kitchen gadgets include two different types of coffee makers. The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king bed. Take in views of the ocean out your window or watch TV. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Just be warned that vehicles can and do drive on the beach; there is a lot of traffic on the sand because of nearby ATV action on the dunes. Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande, with plenty of food options, are just a short drive away. By the way, if you follow the Google map instructions, you'll end up on the beach - park behind the house, off the alley. The house is fine - furnishings and fixings are basic and functional. Overall, we had no complaints, but we have stayed in a lot of rentals and naturally compare the experience with our expectations. The space was clean. You’re right on the dunes and can walk down to the beach. We have 2 small kids and ability to let them play in the enclosed sand next to the patio was wonderful, and we also appreciated the safety locks on the doors. The kitchen is great if your planning on eating in. They have all the different pots and pans you could need all in good condition. Plus a large fridge and dishwasher. The bedrooms are a good size, there is only a TV in the master bedroom. Beds firm and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. House was very clean. The house is walking distance to a few restaurants/delis that were all really good. It’s a quick ride to get to downtown pismo or get to the 101\. Again, you cannot beat the location. ##### Kaylee S.
