Lots of deer and birds on the estuaries. There is a nice hiking trail down the road if you want to take a walk in the Fresh air. lots of deer around. a few cats and release fish ponds. My husband really enjoyed that. So precious. Great place for some much-needed R&R. Just a short drive to the beach. Condo was very clean and lots of extra towels and blankets. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it was really nice. we did see a lot of people enjoying it during our stay. The grounds are well-maintained and the neighborhood is very quiet and well-maintained as well. Highly recommend for older adults. Vacasa was very helpful before during and after our stay. It was extremely clean and provided all the necessary essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, cups, and napkins. They also provided extra bedding which was outside the condo, but we didn’t know those were clean linen until we left. The only suggestion would be to let the guest know that the guest parking are those spaces where there is no garage. The description stated we have access to spaces across the street and when we parked there we found a note from one of the residents stating do not park here. We also did not access to the gym. We also didn’t appreciate the one extra trash bag they left and they toilet paper that was so cheap it literally disintegrated in my hand before I used it. The unit is furnished with modern furniture and decor and is very spacious. The owners thought of everything down to magazines on the table and beach reads on the shelves. The beds are new and extremely comfortable. I hope that the cleaning staff does not lag in attention to detail, so that this unit can stay as perfect as it is now for a long time. Overall the unit was clean upon our arrival other than the baseboards and some surfaces such as the outside of the fridge and microwave. Also, the dishwasher is not attached and you have to be careful not to pull the entire thing out. We only used it once at departure but I could see this being an issue if heavily used. ##### Michael S.
