BEDDING & BATH CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: 2 Sets Twin bunk beds (4 beds total), bathroom accessible through Room 1 as well as the den. Room 2: King bed with private bath. Room 3: 2 Queen beds with private bath. Second Floor- Room 4: King with private bath. Room 5: 2 Queen beds, bathroom accessible through Room 5 as well as living area. BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located off Newport st, approximately two minutes away! Just come out the house and take a right onto E First st. Continue on E First for about 300 ft then you’re there! HOUSE RULES: \- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE \- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old \- NO PETS \- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past. \- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time. \- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed. \- Please do not move or rearrange furniture. \- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed. \- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time. \- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings. \- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid).
