82 West First Street – Spacious Beach House Steps from the Ocean with Relaxing Ocean Views  
  
Escape to this charming second-row beach house located on the west side, just across the street from the Shelby Street beach access. Perfect for large families, this home offers six spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms spread across two levels, providing ample space and comfort for everyone.  
  
On the main floor, you'll find four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected by a convenient Jack and Jill-style bathroom, with an additional bathroom in the hallway for easy access. Upstairs, the kids will love the bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunks, while another room features three sets of bunk beds and a TV for entertainment. A shared hall bathroom completes this level. For extra sleeping space, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers comfort for any "drop-by" guests.  
  
The large dining room table comfortably seats eight, with a bench along one side for a cozy family meal. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bars with three stools at one and four stools at the other—perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.  
  
This home comes fully equipped with modern amenities, including an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Ceiling fans, a blender, and an iron/ironing board add extra convenience, while secure Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected. While cable service is not provided, you can enjoy streaming on three Smart TVs using your personal accounts.  
  
The ocean-facing covered decks are the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a shady, relaxing evening, offering stunning views and the soothing sounds of the beach just steps away. This property also offers keyless entry for added convenience.  
  
Please note that this home does not have an outdoor golf cart outlet. Pillows and bedspreads are provided, but sheets, towels, and paper/soap products are not included. As with all of our rentals, this property is non-smoking and does not allow pets to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.  
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
