Mattresses were VERY comfortable, a welcome surprise compared to other condos I've stayed in. I wasn't sure about being on the 2nd floor, but I enjoyed the view even more than other condos I've stayed in on higher floors. Also it was really convenient to just use the stairs instead of always waiting for the elevator. The pots and pans could be replaced. We ended up buying a pan to use for breakfast and a few meals. We were not given the outdoor shower key, but were able to use a hose near the pool.
