We reported this but no one came in to properly mop the floor. There was also hair on the floor. The bedroom with twin beds were’t real beds, but fold up beds. The bedroom in the master was so hard we might as well have been sleeping on plywood. Went to make coffee, opened the basket, and it was full of coffee grounds covered in mold.We’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs, but for this one, instead of just going directly to the unit, we had to go to the Vacasa office at 4:00 to pick up our check-in packet before then driving 40 blocks to our unit, which was a real pain.As I’ve said, we’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is only the second time I’ve written a review (the other one was for an exceptionally good property).
