It is close to beach, close to pool and has an awesome bayside view. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit this year. There was mold in both bathrooms and around some of the air conditioning vents. The door to the heater was corroded with dust and the baseboards were dirty. I wanted to clean some of it for our stay but there were no cleaning supplies to be had. Everything was kind of old as it was the same decor as ten years ago! Could use an update as far as painting and furnishings. The kitchen was clean and pretty stocked with necessities. Most importantly it was clean! My family and I enjoyed both the bay and beach, not too far away. My only critique would be poolside.
