Constellation House 402 is a beachfront property conveniently located on 52nd Street in Ocean City, one mile from Roland E. Powell Convention Center & Visitors Info Center and 2.8 miles from Ocean City Boardwalk. Walk just steps and dip your toes in the ocean. This building is a mid rise condominium with an elevator. The condo offers two bedrooms and two baths, internet, and also includes 2 assigned parking spots. Condo features all the comforts of home, including central air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. Bed sizes include one queen in the master bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Condo was in a great location that overlooked the beach and within walking distance to shops/restaurants. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
